| Construction Management Services |
We save owners money and headaches with reasonable fees.
- Oversee and coordinate architectural-engineering services, including space plans and secure approval of final working drawings for the building permits.
- Assist the Architect / Engineer in the walk-thru of the building permits.
- Secure at least three construction bids from licensed and insured general contractors.
- Negotiate the final construction contracts.
- Implement day to day project management, including frequent inspection of the demised premises during the entire construction period.
- Assure all materials are furnished and work performed is in accordance with shop drawings and specifications.
- Establish job site records and progress reports.
- Assure all work to meet local codes and regulations, including plumbing, electrical, building and A.D.A.
- Negotiate any and all change order requests with general contractor.
- Coordinate and issue a final punch list to contractor.
- Complete and close out all construction work.
